The Chef
I am a Provençal private chef, cooking across the beautiful Côte d’Azur. With over twenty years of professional culinary experience, I have been operating proudly as an independent private chef since 2016.
Culinary Training
I trained at the prestigious Lycée Raymond Mondon in Metz, graduating in 2005, before honing my skills alongside seven Michelin-starred chefs. My formative years were spent at the three-star Restaurant Georges Blanc, the two-star Château Saint-Martin in Vence alongside chef Yannick Franques, and Les Sources de Caudalie.
Those invaluable years instilled in me the precision of classical French cuisine, the strict discipline of stocks, sauces, butchery and pastry, and the unique mindset of a kitchen brigade performing under immense pressure. This rigour remains the very backbone of my culinary practice today.
My Culinary Journey
My cooking is, above all, a celebration of the sun, deeply rooted in the traditions of Provence and the Riviera. It relies on fresh market produce, premium olive oil, fragrant herbs, and impeccable classical techniques and sauces. On occasion, a subtle accent may emerge, a thoughtful nod to my wife’s Thai heritage, yet it always remains strictly in service of a dish that stays unmistakably Provençal.
Dual Bases Throughout the Year
I divide my year between the French Riviera, serving clients from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, and Dubai, where I spend the winter season catering to an esteemed international clientele.
The Côte d’Azur remains my primary home base and the absolute heart of the experiences offered on this site. Bookings outside the Riviera are gladly considered upon request.
Independent Since 2016
I have operated as an independent private chef on the Côte d’Azur since 2016. The majority of my assignments are entirely private, taking place in exclusive villas and residences for intimate dinners, multi-day stays and private celebrations.
